WOW!
Yeah, I've lived here all my life. I have LDS family members and LDS friends and co-workers... but to know how to reach them with the message of the Gospel and the deep, unconditional love of Christ is overwhelming.
Growing up I always prayed to be a Pastor's Wife. I saw my pastor's wife as a kind, merciful and happy lady who knew the answers to all the bible questions I asked, who always kept her cool in the heat of frustrated situations and church, who never worried about where the money was coming to pay the bills, who just plain loved the Lord and seem to have a perfect marriage, husband and family. So sure, why wouldn't I want to be a Pastor's wife!?!? Pastor's are perfect people who know the Bible inside and out, front cover to back, live sinless and have great families....(can you hear the sarcasm in my voice!)
Now, don't get me wrong, I'm not as naive now as I was when I was 12 and started praying to be a PW. So, the question has ran through your mind: "Would ya take back that prayer?"
OH NO!! Never in a million years!!!
I'm looking forward to moving forward with my husband as we plant the church God has in the place he has it destined to be. Where that is... we don't quite know exactly yet, but we're excited none the less.
I've recently found two blogs from Pastors wives that I wanted to share. I've been blessed by their honesty and I pray that you will be too (even if you're not a PW!)

And... until next time, Be Blessed!
